How to Reset Duquesne University DORI Account Login Password Online
To log in to DORI, Duquesne University employees and staff need their MultiPass username and password. The Username is the past part of your Duquesne Email, containing usually your last name and first initial. To verify your username, you can call or mail to the HR office. If you lost or cannot recall your MultiPass Password, you can take the following steps to reset it.
- Go to the Duquesne University Web Application Login page, portal.duq.edu
- Click on the “Forgot Password?” link below the entry field.
- Enter your MultiPass Username in the User ID field
- Click on the “Forgot Password” button.
On the next step, you can choose to reset your password through your secondary email address or secret questions.
Note that all the users are required to change their MultiPass password every four months. You will receive email notification two weeks before the password is scheduled to expire. Besides, you will also get reminders to change your password in those two weeks whenever you log in to DORI.
