How to Log in
- To sign in the user should open the login page. home.cards.citidirect.com
- As the website opens there is the log in a section at the top.
- The login section is labeled ‘Existing Users’.
- Provide the Username and Password in the respective blank spaces.
- Click on the blue ‘Sign In’ button below to access the account.
Forgot Username
- In case a user has lost their username they should open the login homepage.
- Once the login page opens look below the login section.
- There is a ‘Forgot Username?’ link.
- Click on it and you will be taken to the ‘Forgot Sign On’ page.
- Select your role to continue.
- Now you need to fetch the required cardholder information to retrieve username.

Forgot Password
- Go to the login homepage of the credit card.
- Below the sign-in section, there is the ‘Forgot Password?’ link.
- Click on it and the Citi Manager page opens.
- Choose your role from the options there.
- If you are a cardholder provide the following data:
- Username
- Last 6 digits of the Card number
- Enter the code in the image displayed below
- Click ‘Continue’ to reset the password.
