How to Reset Stellar MLS Online Account Login Password
The users with login issues due to their Stellar MLS Online Account Password can change or reset it and obtain their account access again. If you are a Stellar MLS Online Account member and have forgotten your password, you can
- Click the arrow button next to the ‘MLS Login’ at the top right corner of the Stellar MLS homepage to open the drop-down list and select the “Forgot Password” link from it.
- And if you are on Stellar MLS SafeMLS Login Portal, click on the “Forgot your password?” link just below the ‘Login’ button.
- Input your MLS Member ID in the step 1 field of forgot password page.
- Click the “Next” button to move forward.
Those, who want to change their existing Stellar MLS Online Account Password, will need to
- Click the “Change Password” link found in the list dropped down for selecting the arrow button at the top right corner of the Stellar MLS website.
- Or, click the “Need to change your password?” located in the near bottom of the Stellar MLS SafeMLS Login page.
- Both will lead you to the same ‘Change Fixed Password’ page to provide your current Member ID and Password of your Stellar MLS account.
- Click on the “Next” button to enter the next step.

How to Recover NRDS ID Online
The Stellar MLS Account members who have also forgotten their Member ID may need to find their NRDS ID. The 9-digit ID Number can be located on the mailing label of your Realtor magazine or your NAR membership identification card. If you still cannot find the ID, you can submit a request online. To begin the process online, you can
- Visit the Stellar MLS SafeMLS Login Portal at www.stellarmls.com
- Click on the “NRDS ID Lookup” link from the bottom of the login section.
- Choose a recovery method and enter the required information i.e. Last Name and Email Address linked to your NRDS ID or Member ID.
- For the second option, enter your Last Name and Real Estate License Number
- Click the “Submit” button to retrieve your ID.
