America Cash Rewards Credit Cardholders or AAA Member Rewards Credit Cardholders need to activate, sign in and log in to access their online credit card account using a secure Bank of America web portal. After logging in successfully the card members can manage their account, monitor the account activities, add an authorized user, update account information, see transaction history and account statement etc.
To Log in the Card Account
If you are a new cardholder please activate your card calling the customer service number before log in to your card account.
The logging in process is very easy and simple. The cardholders just need to keep their Online ID and Passcode of the account to the hand and then follow the instructions listed below:
- Visit the Bank of America website and open the login homepage
- You can locate the secure sign in the section at the top left corner of that webpage
- Enter your Online ID and Passcode in the respective field
- Click the blue “Sign In” button to enter your account.
To reset a new Passcode
If the card members cannot recall their passcode, they need to reset a new passcode to enter and access their account. For that, they need to
Open the login homepage and locate the secure sign tab- Click on “Forgot your Passcode?” under the sign in help option
Create the new passcode providing the following information:
- Card number or account number
- Social Security number/SSN or Tax Identification Number/TIN
- And your Online ID
- Click ‘Continue’ and complete the reset process.
To reset an Online ID
If you forgot your Online ID, create a new Online ID for the access to your account.
- Enter the login homepage and go to the sign in help option in the secure sign tab
- Click the “Forgot your Online ID?” link under the sign in help option
Enter the following information to create your new Online ID
- Card number or account number
- Social Security number/SSN or Tax Identification Number/TIN
- And the passcode
Click ‘Continue’ and complete the process.
To make payment
In order to pay your credit card bill online, log in to your account as you are instructed above.
Click on the ‘Payment’ button entering the account to pay your bills
You can also set the auto debit payment method to be deducted the amount of bills automatically from your registered bank account by the credit card company.
