How to Add a Child to My Account?
It is to be noted that AdventHealth can only able to Create Accounts for users having a minimum age of 14 years. If you wish to view your child’s records online:
- Firstly, Sign In and tap on your “Account Menu”in the upper right corner of your screen.
- Afterward, click on the link “Family Accounts” and then the “Add a Child”
- You must keep aside your Child’s “Medical Record Number” (MRN) or “Patient Account ID”.
- Now you can easily find your child’s medical records in the AdventHealth system by providing their lawful First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth (DOB), and Phone Number connected to their records.
- Then you have to request a “Verification Code” via Text or Call.
- You will require to enter your child’s “Medical Record Number” (MRN) or “Patient Account ID”.
- Afterward, just verify your child’s information and go to your account homepage.
- In the upper right corner of the web page, click on your “Account Menu” option and simply choose your “Child’s Name” from the dropdown list.
Please Note: If you are in the hospital along with your child or loved ones at the time of the account registration process, Patient Access can send you a request to view your “Child’s Records” in AdventHealth.

Your Medical Record Number (MRN) is accessible on the following papers:

If you can’t recognize the code delivered via phone call, then tap on the “Back” button and choose “Send by Text Message”.
