Green Dot Bank Credit Card Online Access
The Green Dot Bank is offering the Primor Credit Cardholders free access to their credit card account online at www.greendotcc.com 24 hours a day 7 days a week. By enrolling in Online Access they will be able to check their card balance, view statement, view recent transactions before on the statement, make one-time or recurring payments, download transaction, set email alerts and more.
Consumers, please note that, as of September 9, 2017, the credit card and associated deposit account of Berkshire Bank are provided by Green Dot Bank. Therefore any reference to Berkshire Bank must be replaced with Green Dot Bank.
Enroll in Online Access
Green Dot Online Access is an easy way to manage your Primor Credit Card Account over the web. To use the service the card members need to enroll in Online Services. Enrolling procedure is very easy and simple. Before initiating the process, keep your Green Dot Primor Credit card handy as the information on it necessary for the enrollment for Online Access.
Visit the Green Dot Online Access Portal at https://www.greendotcc.com/. Click the “Enroll in Online Services” link located below the ‘Online Access’ area on the right side of the Login page. Entering the Enrollment page you will require the following information to provide.
- First Name (exactly as it appears on your card)
- Middle Initials (only if it appears on your card)
- Last Name (exactly as it appears on your card)
- Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
- Confirm Email
- Mother’s Maiden Name
- Expiration Date
- CVC/CVV Number (the 3-digit number will be found on the back of your card on the signature panel.
- Click “Next” and choose your User Name and Password following the guidelines on the page to create your online account.
Log into your Green Dot Credit Card Online Account
Once the account is created for Online Access, you can log into the account. Go to the website at www.greendotcc.com as mentioned above. Enter your Username and the password in their respective fields and click the “Log In” button. And that’s all you need to enter online your credit card account. If you have forgotten the password of your online account click the “Forgot Password” link posted below the ‘Log In’ button and input the information listed below.

Pay the bill Online
Through the Online Bill Pay service you can set up a Payment Account and schedule, view, edit, and cancel one-time or recurring payments of your credit card.
Make a One-time payment
Log in your account and select ‘Make one-time payment’ from the Online Bill Pay screen. Choose the account from which the payment amount will be deducted and the account you want to pay.
For the payment amount, you will have the options to choose the current minimum payment due, the current balance or another amount. But make sure the amount remains between $1 and your current account balance. In addition to that please remember, the online bill payment cannot be processed more than once in a 24-hour period and also you may not able to schedule a one-time payment to be processed more than 30 days in advance.
Set up Recurring Payments
Select ‘set up recurring payments’ from the Online Bill Pay screen. Choose the accounts the payment will be made from and the one you would like to pay and set up the recurring amount to be drafted on the scheduled date each month.
